Geographic Representation

Aveng Grinaker-LTA provides local building solutions through resident established offices and plant yards. We cover South Africa and selected African countries, with locally based and nationally co-ordinated offices offering our full range of service, wherever clients require commercial or industrial building.

Currently we have plant yards and full service offices in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Johannesburg and Port Louis. Satellite offices of Aveng increase this local footprint to 33 countries.

Systems

We use the latest planning, accounting, safety, environmental and design systems, and have an accredited set of ISO certifications. Our ability to deliver projects in terms of our CIDB 9 grading in any location is supported by these accredited systems.

Plant

Aveng Grinaker-LTA Building has a substantial fleet of plant over our regional plant yards. We own all of our strategic plant, and have substantial formwork and supportwork material internally. We strive to provide the best technological solution for any structural challenge, and can offer the latest in plant and equipment from the industry. Plant availability is unquestioned with the size of our business.
