Health

The health of our employees is important to our business success.  Entry medicals for all new employees, are complete before commentinc work.  Exit medicals are done before the last shift of the employee before leaving the company.

The entire factory is classed as a noise zone and the wearing of ear protection is compulsory.  Regular checks are done.

Annual lung function tests are done due to welding fumes.

Monitoring of blood pressure is done if required, at the first aid station.

Employees are encouraged to report non-work related injuries.

Health risk assessments are conducted to determine the exposure to the risk involved with each job related task.
